SESS/IONS
Sessions take place in Berlin and are planned together in advance. Each one starts with a conversation and can stop at any moment.
UN/KNOT is a non-commercial art project. Sessions are collaborations: no fees on either side, and you receive the selected images.

Questions about safety, consent and publishingDo I need experience with rope?
No. Many people come for their first time. We start with simple ties on the floor and only go further if it feels right for you.
What if I want to stop?
You can stop at any moment, for any reason, without explaining. A single word is enough, and we agree on it before we start.
How is safety handled?
Beautiful safety shears are always within reach. Circulation and nerves are checked throughout, and injuries, medication or conditions are discussed in the call beforehand. Suspension is only part of a session after floor work and with clear agreement.
What about aftercare?
There is time after every session: water, something warm, a conversation. Rope marks fade within hours; we talk about what to expect.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. A trusted person can be present during the whole session.
Who decides which images are published?
We choose together. Nothing is published without your yes, and you decide where: Instagram, the website, or nowhere.
How will I be credited?
As you prefer: initials, an Instagram handle, or not at all. Your face can be left out of every published image.
Can I withdraw my consent later?
Yes. Write an email and the images are removed from the website and Instagram within 7 days.
Does a session cost anything?
No. UN/KNOT is non-commercial. There are no fees on either side, and you receive the selected images.
